East Greenwich Baseball vs. Toll Gate, April 8, 2026

East Greenwich opened the 2026 season with a 10-5 win over Toll Gate on Wednesday. Van Martin and Nolan Colucci each had two hits to lead a 10-hit attack, while Caiden Souza drove in three runs. Martin scored three times, and Colucci crossed the plate twice. Tyler Gecawich, Walker Klika and Martin added doubles, and Brady O’Brien and Xavier Nelson each had two RBI. Miles Doman earned the win, striking out five and allowing one hit over 3.2 innings, while Nolan Malafronte impressed in relief in his first career appearance.
