Westerly Girls Lacrosse vs Cranston West, 06-02-2026

The top-seeded Bulldogs punched their ticket to the Division II girls lacrosse championship with a commanding 21-3 victory over No. 4 Cranston West. Westerly turned in their highest-scoring performance of the season, with eight different players finding the back of the net. Casey Macera led the charge with six goals, while Ella Seltzer, Gianna Falcone and Sienna Fizzano each added three. Phoebe Brennan and Jenna Parker scored twice apiece, and Macy Antoch and Sienna Mathieu also contributed goals. Vittoria Illiano made five saves in net. Ashley Budano scored twice and Zoe Budano added a goal for the Falcons. With this loss, the Falcon's season comes to and end with an overall record of 12-6. With this win, Westerly advances to the Division II championship game, where it will face No. 2 Cumberland at Rhode Island College Sunday afternoon!
